How to express prestige on your website
Polished is the word. Everything a Prestige person does has that refinement touch.
The color palette must be carfully considered. Either very clean or very harmonious. Prestige can use any type of colors as long as every color have a reason to be there and the result looks polished.
Like the palette, every detail must be carefully considered. Details matter, but you won’t see embellishments for the sake of being pretty. Every detail is there for a reason and this must be clear.
Precision and perfect lines work well for Prestige. Their website must be very well organized and have lots of white space. Every section, button, page must have a clear purpose.
Have something that not everyone has to add an edge to your website, offers, everything. I know this tip is a bit vage but, once you find what’s that unique thing you can do, that thing will show that you are a few steps ahead and you are setting the bar high.
Consider making something exclusive in your website. Even if it is your opt-in, make it sound and look very special. Even more if it is an offer. It can feel very prestigious and to a selected few. Accepting people only through application is one way of doing this.
Side note: Exclusivity works for Mystique as well but while Mystique adds a bit of mystery (curiosity, inner circle, surprise, some magic), Prestige goes for the VIP aspect of it (having access to something for a few selected ones, being in-the-know, prestige per se).
On photoshoots, ask for photos taken from slightly below. This will make you look more self-confident and in position of being respected. But don’t over-do it. It must be very slightly so that only our subconscious picks up on it and you look prestigious and not pretentious.
